We believe in making the return process as hassle-free as possible, so we offer a store credit for the full amount of your purchase.

  2. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send back the item.
  3. Package the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue you a store credit for the full amount of your purchase.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return. Additionally, clearance items and gift cards cannot be returned.
